Support Fees

Our basic support fee prices are listed here for reference only and are used in the case that there is no support contract in place. In all cases where a support contract does not exist, Endless Nights will return the support request within 48 hours. If the support request is an emergency a support email must be submitted and then can be followed up with a phone call. 

 

Business Hours are defined as the hours between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday thru Friday and does not include United States government recognized Holidays or Endless Nights recognized Holidays (if any). Anything before or after these times is considered "After Hours"

After Hours is defined as the hours that are not between the "Business Hours" listed above or on a weekend or Holiday.

 

Standard Support during Business Hours is billed at $90/hour.

Standard Support during After Hours is billed at $125/hour.

 

Premium Support during Business Hours is billed at $125/hour.

Premium Support during After Hours is billed at $175/hour.
