In order to request access or an account to an Endless Nights, LLC system or customer a support ticket must be submitted by the customer account manager. Endless Nights, LLC keeps a record of all customer account managers and only authorizes them to request access or a change to an account. If the account managers are unavailable a support ticket may be submitted by a member of the organization, however it will be confirmed and verified by the account manager or a known employee of the facility.
